මිරිසට මාළු උයනවනන් ,ලුණු ඇඹුල් නියමෙට තියෙන්න ,මේ විදිහටත් හදල බලන්න , හරිම රසයි මෙහෙම මාළු ඉව්වම.
මෝර මාළු මිරිසට
Red & Sour Shark Fish curry
මම අද මෝර මාළු ගත්තෙ. ඒත් ඔයාලට කැමති මාළු ජාතියක් මෙහෙම හදන්න පුළුවන්.
හදපු විදිහ පැහැදිලිව මෙතනින්..☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️
Ingredients අවශ්‍යද්‍රව්‍ය:
Fish මාළු 1kg
Garlic සුදු ලූණු බික් 6-7 cloves
Onion ලූණු
Pepper ගම්මිරිස් 2 tsp
Cardamom pods කරදමුංගු 4-5
Cloves කරාඹු නැටි 4-5
Curry Leaves කරපිංචා
Pandan Leaves රම්පෙ
Curry powder තුනපහ කුඩු1 tsp
Chilli powder මිරිස් කුඩු
Brindle Berry paste ගොරකා1 - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder කහ
Salt ලුණු

ගොඩ දෙනෙක් අහල තියෙනව මේ තෝර මාළු නේද කියල. ඒක නිසාම මම ආයෙත් හොයල බැලුව. නෑ මම කිව්ව හරි මේ මෝර මාළු තමයි.(බේබි ෂාර්ක් ). ඔයාල නිතරම ගන්නෙ මීට වඩා ලොකු මාළු නිසා එහෙම හිතෙන්න ඇති. මේ පැටවෙක්ගෙ මාළු.මගෙ අත තරම් ඇති මහත. නමුත් තෝර මාළු නෙමේ ඔලුවෙන් වගේම පිටුපස වරලෙනුත් ගොඩක් වෙනස් නිසා. ඒ දෙකේ වෙනස මමත් දන්නවා. කෑමට ගන්න මෝර මාළු වර්ගත් ගොඩක් තියෙනව, මේ ඉතින් එක වර්ගයක් විතරයි. මට මෙතන පිංතූරයක් අමුනන්න බෑ. තවත් ගැටලු තියෙන අය ඉන්නවනම් ෆේස් බුක් එකට මැසේජ් එකක් දාන්නකො. මම වෙනස කියල දෙන්න..❤️
