Ok, guys.. I admit that I don't know too much about baseball, but my son attended college in Boston. He actually called me from school to say that when the Yankees came into town to play, they had to be escorted by police. I was stunned. Is this REALLY what sports have come down to? Go watch the Red Sox play ANY road game and listen to the number of Sox fans around the country. who you can hear cheering when they get a hit, etc. Sometimes it's hard to tell they're even playing an 'away game' because of the huge number of fans from other cities who are cheering them on.
