this coaster was actually pretty amazing for Golden Heights contest. Good Job

It’s certainly unique, and really smooth, but just the sheer size of this coaster (and some elements) isn’t exactly realistic, at least for this decade, but maybe that’s just the exaggerated FOV It’s that, along with the placement of the station, the sometimes lack of/sometimes too many supports, and the fact that it stops in the middle and goes up a lift just for a drop that gives it even less momentum that makes this unrealistic. Again though, i aint got nothing bad to say about the smoothness or banking or scenery, that’s all 👌
@redlimitscoasters4 жыл бұрын
First of all thanks for your feedback. Appreciate it a lot! I tried to keep it at least a bit realistic (or at least looking realistic). But yes it is a bit to big to be realistic. I keep forgetting to change the FOV before recording all the time and never realize it.. The station had to be placed up on that hill. It was one of the rules of the contest and made it really hard. But that's the fun of a contest imo. And the scenery wasn't made by me so no credit for me at this one. One if the guys that made the contest is @pifpoefpaf123 on Twitter

RedLimitsCoasters I think it would look realistic if you used thicker supports by setting the thickness too custom and selecting 2m in diameter.
@redlimitscoasters4 жыл бұрын
@@faceplant755 They are 0,5m x 0,5m which is already pretty big. 2m diameter would be way to big for any coaster
@faceplant7554 жыл бұрын
RedLimitsCoasters I used 2m in diameter on my massive 747 foot tall roller coaster. It would be feasible if there was inner cross bracing
@redlimitscoasters4 жыл бұрын
@@faceplant755 My coaster isn't even half the size of that. That's a pretty big difference. The vertical supports for the high part after the launch could be 1x1m but everything else would just be way to much

Very intense! I like it, it’s very fast, I especially like the beginning how it gained so much speed so quickly without a boost or chain lift, just a dimple drop. Genius!

Once you get past realism you realize this would be hella fun
@redlimitscoasters4 жыл бұрын
i tried to keep it kinda realistic with the forces but it still would be way to intense. but with a few changes and trims ut propably would be possible. but like this there would be quiet a lot of blackouts
@galliumg84834 жыл бұрын
I think the ride itself is realistic but the huge hills and the outlandish elements are less realistic
@redlimitscoasters4 жыл бұрын
@@galliumg8483 Maybe a scaled down version of it would be possible. But like that the first problem would already be the cost of it. Nobody could and/or would pay that much

This is an amazing coaster! I love it. But I gotta ask what was the point of killing all of the speed with that brake run just to have a lift hill? I would rather have like a booster launch or just keep the speed it had.
@redlimitscoasters4 жыл бұрын
I don't know that either. Didn't realize how weird this is. But I had waaay to much speed. Block Break would have been enough though.
