Welcome to the world L3 ♥ The third chick hatched overnight around 2:22 AM and we get to see the wee chick in the morning! Siblings L1 & L2 are already bonking bobbleheads having a bit of a tussle with one another! Egg 4 has a confirmed pip too! Thank you for watching!

This is the Red-tailed hawk nest of Big Red & Arthur who has been nesting together since 2012 above the Cornell University athletic fields in Ithaca NY.

Held red-tail Hawk a couple of years ago. Came to my hospital in NYC on the upper east side. Had neurological problems. Was cured and headed home to the “wild” of NYC thanks to a wildlife rehabber we often use.

So adorable! I'm so happy to be watching another season with BR and Arthur. I love the little pink feet and pink skin showing under the white fluff.😊 Amazing how quickly they grow in just a few days.😯 L3 is so tiny in comparison to the other two.
