I really love this album since its release due to RBB didn't hit so much as Bad Boy, this album is one of their underrated albums. But I love so much Butterflies, you can feel butterflies with this song...they got magic to deliver concept through their songs.

Seulgi is actually a lead vocalist! Yeri and Irene are sub vocalists. Joy is considered a lead too.

Ok got it. What's the difference between Lead and Main? Like why can't Seulgi be a main as I feel like she sings just as much as Wendy

@@KPOPCarrie I think it just comes down to talent and ability, which is crazy because all of them are main vocal material. But the main always has the most singing parts. There can be more than one main vocalist in a group (EXO and SNSD had more than one back in the day) but that doesn’t seem to be the case with Red Velvet unfortunately. I’m glad each member is getting to showcase more of their singing in their newer songs!

@@KPOPCarrie Just think like this... not all idols in a group can be Main Dancers/Rappers right ?! because that's the inherent skill level they're at no matter how much they improve over the years. Nobody says Yuqi/Minnie is a main rapper when Soyeon the queen is there :) . Same thing applies here. We all know RV's vocals as a group is insanely good and their harmonies are tight, but the inherent skills of Wendy as a Vocalist is currently Diva level and always has been top-tier (Seulgi saying often how Wendy was her coach pre-debut etc) and the work she does in the recording studio (you may have now seen for cosmic recording behind). I know you're new to RV and curious about the terminologies and feel like their singing levels may be same, so I understand wherr your thought process comes from :) TLDR: SM doesn't joke around their Main Vocal roles, so they pick that person after so much evaluation :)

31:20 they performed sassy me during their 3rd concert tour, la rouge. but sm never released an official video recording for the la rouge concert. 😔 you might be able to find fancams of it. they finally performed so good during their 10th anniversary fancon last month. you need to check it out! sadly, i dont think they ever gave us a live taste.

Fun fact: the "scream" in RBB is actually a really well produced whistle note by Irene!! It's a D7 and is the highest note ever recorded in a kpop song EVER
