these are 1 & 2 for kpop impact as music groups, and what kpop groups should strive for. both are great live performers, their style is most uniquely theirs, and a special x factor of artistry. For me 2ne1 hold a special place in my heart because fo their impact of international kpop. It legit was them, snsd, big bang, and suju from the 2nd gen. Red Velvet's discography and red/velvet concepts are special. 2ne1 was just the prototype for a whole girl group concept, but it wasn't intentional , they was just being real - artists.

No one comments on Sandara Park crying just before CL smashes the electrical box. Lyrics show the pain of the one you love withdrawing from reality. Red Velvet is the traditional cheesecake based group. Choreo seemed languid and lacking energy. I felt 2NE1 had better vocals and their message was very significance.

I found kpop because of SNSD and 2NE1. Stay and make home there on Red Velvet house. Both are great at their own strength, it came down to preference. I still choose RV tho.
