I made this recipe except I didn't have marshmallow for the filling and they are soooooooooo delicious! The whoopie pies are the perfect texture. I am so excited I found your channel and was so impressed with the recipe- I didn't have to modify like every other recipe out there to get the recipe right and to make the quality and taste the best possible. Everything you said- a little goes a long way for the filling is so true. I can't wait to make it next time with marshmallow filling and am so excited to try your other recipes tooo : )

wow, these look delicious and what a great idea to use these in eastern instead of eggs. I'll still make a batch of coloured eggs but these in different colours would look fantastic and taste better than boiled eggs! great fun to make with my girls too. it will be a nice surprise on our easter day table!

I dont bother with making this frosting, i usually just use the marshmellow fluff and just pipe it on the whoopie pies and they are delicious

Love your videos and I beleive I've watched everyone of them! Thank you for sharing! One thing I wonder about though is the oven temperature. Are you using a convection oven or an ordinary oven? The temperature is not the same, I mean 375 degrees is warmer in a convection oven compared to an ordinary oven. I would like to know what kind you are using.
