You know the Saying. Dress Your Age, Not Your Shoe Size 👊 It's true what your saying. I have Timbs, 40 Below. Lots of Nike Duck Boots, Lots of Nike Sneakers, but these Red Wing Iron Ranger and BlackSmith boots I have make me feel more mature and look more mature, their for getting different looks and more respect. It's time I dress my age, man does it feel good 🤗 Thanks for sharing.

I'm a size 10 in Nike's and to my surprise 8.5 in Red Wings. A month and a half later my iron rangers fit immaculately.

For men. Good Quality shoes and boots are worth the money. If you want to be cheap with your feet... You will pay for it. Treat your feet. Good Shoes can always be resoled. Cheap shoes will always have a place in the trash. 3 hundred and up for shoes. Good Quality shoes and boots is definitely worth it. If you can't afford it that's one thing. But if you can don't hesitate. Take care of your shoes and boots. Oftentimes they become an extension or reflection of your personality. An extension of YOU! Look good. Even if you are getting dirty.... We can still look good at the foot!

I like my Iron Rangers , but they are the most uncomfortable boot i have worn , yes on the insole , and get sized at a RW store . i bought 10 D should have bought 9.5 or 9 tight fit , RW leather cream works well . great boot wear them and enjoy .

I normally wear a 12.5 in most shoes and boots, 13 in Merrill’s and an 11.5 fits me pretty well and could have gone to an 11. Love the boots

discovered your channel right after I bought my pair of boots. I agree, go to your nearby red wing retail store and have the sales associate to size you up. I'm normally a size 11 and once I was sized up, I was given a size 10. Was skeptical at first, I tried them on and they fit perfectly. I thought to myself, "hmm lets try 10.5 just to be sure". They fitted fine, but once I started walking around I notice there was some heel slippage in every step. So I bought the size 10. I will make 1 year review on my pair of boots.

So, I'm assuming you ended up buying two pairs of boots because the first pair were too large ?...expensive mistake. I'd never buy quality footwear online for that very reason. I bought mine here in Ireland at a store. The guy there gave me the advice of going down a size to 7. I tried that but couldn't even stand up they were so painful. I insisted on trying an 8 - my regular size in Doc Martins. It was nice and snug. Here in Ireland, shoe sizes seem to be all over the place depending on where they're made. That's why when trying the RW's keep and open mind and don't stick to hard & fast rules. Make darn sure they fit before you take them out on the cement because the shop won't take them back once you scuff them up.

Hey there, I wear size 9.5 in pretty much everything, but when I measured my foot it turns out I am a size 10. In iron rangers I wear a size 8.5D, and in moctoes 1907s I am a 8.5EE because they run narrower than the no. 8 last. To anyone trying to figure out your size in Redwings, I would go a full size down in iron rangers, and a full size down and go wide for moctoes.

If you believe it for two years I want to pull the trigger but I hesistate. For me this is the most I can spend for a pair of boots. Now I feel ready to buy them. I hope they will last for years and I will make the right choice. It was my dream to have a great pair of boots.

I went down from a size 14 medium to a size 12 medium. They feel like a glove. Very little breakend period for me.

I had a strange scenerio for me, I am a 10.5 in everything else, but I had to size up a half on the 9 IR that I initially got because my toes were being forced/pinched in front on my insteps for my left foot. My right foot is slightly smaller than my left so on my right seemed fine. The 9.5 with thick socks seemed to have added the need toe space for my narrow feet(with thick socks) and they feel snug but not the super tight feeling I felt on the 9's....curious to see how much these 9.5's will stretch, only a couple weeks in. My back up plan is get an onsole if slippage occurs down the road but no hill slip or nothing yet on either foot
