You can also bait out the trap, either with just walking close enough to it or a torch, you can use this to run a bit onto the trap and then crouch jump over. It, works with every single character including Barb

Note the time you have to be on it, is the time directly after the spikes go down but in between the re-trigger time

For floor spikes, you just need to wait until the spikes recede then take your first couple of steps directly on the trap and then jump. No haste required.

you can also throw torch on trap to activate and wait on the edge, when it goes down just run and jump and you will make it every time

pro tip toss a torch on trap right when it goes down jump across and it wont re activate so you wont take dmg

The problem is there is no incentive to pvp as cleric when there is no XP in it. Clerics are healers. Some of the class's dont get xp for pvp :D

When that trap spawns there I honestly don't think you can get around it without a speed buff. Its kinda a toxic placement. Most traps you can actually get around but not that one.

You want a spellbook as fast as you can. Alchemist sells grey spellbooks for 11g, buy a few every once in a while when u need and run those for pvp. Keep staff to break boxes/barrels/etc. Replace staff with Crystal Sword for even better melee pve potential.

It hurts me seeing such a good player failing that jump. To jump from staircase to altar room you need to stand where you stood but aim 45° to the left, that way you don't get hit by a wall, probably never missed that jump and it's just weird seeing it. No idea how to jump back to stairs though, probably not trying to go too far to not get pushed by wall

For me its the opposite, never miss the jump from altar to stairs, never hit the jump back. You just need to jump 45° degress from the center to the left xD
