She's called rin, common mistake, an easy way to remember is that len's name is based on the word *le*ft and rin's is based on *ri*ght. (Its also more corect to say that the Daughter of Evil story should be an anime cause rin and len are in a lot of stories.)

Oh my god! So this is Len after he died when he pretended to be Rin aka princess of evil and I guess he was stuck through time and space in the afterlife, regretting all the stuff he's done. While that's happening, Rin is singing "Regret Message" with the bottle floating into the sea and Len hears it. Miku, Kaito and the red mercenary (who i cant remember the name) all kept him down in that dark room in order to pay for all the stuff he's done to all of them. Still, Rin sent her message to the sea and Len received it, and that's when he sent his own message to Rin, aka the "When we are reborn, let's meet each other again and become best friends" or something like that. Along with that, the sea also felt grieved by Len so the 3 people (Miku, Kaito and red mercenary) let him get another chance and he was reborn into a vocaloid! How does Rin reborn though? Does she kill herself or?

If you haven't watched Daughter of Evil, Servant of Evil, and Regret Message, then go do that and come back, it makes it easier to explain. So Allen, after killing in the name of his sister, Rillaine (his sister, although she didn't know that until he sacrificed himself for her) takes Rillaine's place at the guillotine to protect her after the country started a revolution. So Allen dies and this is pretty much his afterlife. The red handcuffs are symbolic of the blood that he has shed and of Germania (Meiko), who was his foster sister. Also he killed her dad on Rillaine's orders. The blue chains are symbolic of the tears that he has made people shed, most notably Kyle (Kaito), because Allen killed Michaela (Miku), again, on Rillaine's orders. Michaela herself is represented by the spring and the voice that tells Allen he will never be cleansed of the sins he has committed. Allen spends a long time in the darkness of that place on his own when he hears a lullaby. This song is actually Rillaine (who ran away after Allen took her place at the guillotine and ending the Revolution) singing to the ocean, wishing to see her lost brother again (which is what Regret Message is about). At the end of everything, Allen gets another chance to live and repay the world for the sins he committed and to see his sister again. This video depict the "ReBirthday" as Allen being reborn as Len Kagamine, but the actual story has him reborn back into his own world long after Rillaine has died to find her reincarnation.

@@cloudchaser7716 Well.....I don't think so. Mothy didn't confirmed what is this song about. He had a new MV for this recently with Allen image, but Allen appears not only in Story of Evil (+the Miku image represents Margarita of Michelle, not Michaela (?)). So, it hasn't really had a particular meaning yet? (Beside from being in the Clockwork Lullaby series in Evillious universe)
