You know I tried to give this show a chance. I thought it had potential, but after a few months you realize this is just a grift every episode just like everyone says, and nothing that comes out of Aaron’s mouth feels genuine because of this grift. ‘Oh the goal, TODAYS GOAL!! Give me money because I have WHACKY RADIO VOICE’ When are people going to get that it’s not good content. And there’s no way to be held accountable because people continue to give these grifters money. Just like stuttering John, I get people paying him just to insult him. But your insult means nothing because they only care about the money. How about STOP giving them money. That’s the real insult. This is why the philosophy (not necessarily in practice) of network executives is a good one. Too many people out here, too much content. We need a panel of decision makers to decide who should be allowed to have shows and who shouldn’t. Of course it works best if I got this job. But there’s too many people who think their shit don’t stink because they put out garbage on KZbin and assholes give them money for it. It’s not a good system. And really, it’s the live-streaming I disagree with on this platform. When I talk about deciding who can and can’t produce content, I’m talking specifically about Livestreams. Superchats, gifted memberships ruin every livestream. It has BECOME the content.

It's not Redbar's schtick to show humility. What makes Mike's show and schtick compelling is the way he makes himself appear invincible, above it all, and like he's always right and never wrong. I haven't been watching for that long, so I can't say whether he's right about everything. Either way..I've heard that Mike actually acts kind of like this in real life, but I get the impression that he exaggerates this "offensive bravado" character to make the show more entertaining. It's just how he does his show.
