I can vouch for how quiet the Mr Cool A/Cs are. I have one in my living room and the only way I can barely hear the fan is in Turbo mode. Other than that, they're silent and work great. Good choice on the A/C units Red Beard. That mini bike is gonna rip. I'm anxious to see it running with Lonnie or Braxton riding it. Keep up the great work.

I got a bobber seat off of ebay for my ct200ex. it fits perfectly with the springs between the seat bracket and gives me cushion. it looks amazing, brown leather inlaid skull, and cost $50. the EX seats are way low and it gives a bit of seat behind you keeping you from sliding back.

I would really love to know more about that Jack shaft setup at 6:08! It looks like you've got a housing for the bearings that gets welded to the swing arm, and then two brackets to weld to the bike. I'm lost trying to follow your links below where you locate the housing for the bearings. Any help is greatly appreciate!

I personally would have clearanced the right side of the frame to clear the chain than offset the swing arm. It's just weird that a machine you balance on would be built out of balance.
@contraband15432 жыл бұрын
Plenty of bikes are built offset. It seems counterintuitive but it's fine

Nice swingarm. I'm planning to build my own mini-bike with front and rear suspension. Why do many mini-bikes use a jack shaft. Can the sprocket not be mounted on left and chain directly to the engine sprocket, then put the brake on the right side. I must be missing something here. What kit did you use for the front forks/uspension? Thanks so much.

Got a Coleman 2 seater that did same thing but finally it just fixed itself. It’s not smooth but will run. Have cleaned carb on mini bike multiple times. Is it a jet change needed? Any ideas? What size pipe/tubing did you construct the swing arm pivot jackshaft from? I used 1.25" sch 40 pipe for 1 3/8" OD bearings, but it isnt a 100% fit and the bearing wobbles a tad. I drilled holes for a couple set screws, but I'd rather just use the right tubing/pipe. Thanks!

This was dom tubing but I would have to check what size it was.
