Have you ever tried making your own exhaust header using square tubing? I did one for my 212cc and shaped it to the port then two 45's and also did stepping the pipe to make it a scavenger style exhaust so it creates a slight vacuum and I think it is defiantly a lot snappier throttle response with the stock carburetor. I live where it gets very cold so the cart I am building will be enclosed with doors and windows and I made a shield to utilize the heat from the engine and exhaust to push heat into the cab and defrost the window. One day I will have to do a video on it

I would imagine square tubing with 45 degree angles would have less of a flow rate than a round pipe mandrel at 45 degrees, which in turn you would lose hp with square pipe.

You can mount it on the top plate. You would have to mount it on the frame somewhere. I will see if they sell one that will let you leave the tank on and do a video on it soon

Torch Monkeys Garage the best and cheapest thing for better throttle response and more hp and torque is a cheap 26 dollar mikuni carburetor manifold and get a cheap 22mm pit bike carb from ebay or Amazon and get jets for it as well, then your problems solved lol ive been messing with both true mikuni and chinese cheap pit bike carbs and for the money you cant beat the hp and torque gain as well as using one or 2 thin steal gaskets and a gx200 head stud kit and about a .930" header you might just be close to 16 17hp depending on if you know how to tune it

Hey i got a question. Im doing the torque converter and predator 212 on my coleman ct200u but when i hooked up the throttle its really hard to move and doesnt really work. Like the manual throttle on the engine you really gotta give it force to move and it will stick whereevr you move it. And it just doesnt really work from the handlebar throttle. Any tips?

The Colemans can get water down in the throttle cables and make them seize up on you. You can spray some pb-blaster down the cable and clear it up. Also lube up the throttle assembly.

hey R.B.G. those mini bikes yall got would they be powerful enough in stock form to take on a camping trip in the mountains (hilly gravel roads ) my intentions are to haul a small trailer 4x3 ish im 5 ft. 11 in. 140 ish lbs. my fiance is 5ft. 9in. and around 260 lbs. we were wanting to take a trip to for maybe a weekend to see the mountains of north ga... im thinking i may need to change the sprocket to a larger diameter to compensate for the hills and well my fiance's weight any info would surely be appreciated...

I have a shaller gokart. I tried to switch the honda gx 160 with a preditor 212 that i have modded but the main shaft on the honda is 1.9 and the preditor is 2.3 so the clutch wont work this way any ideas. This is my first attempt at a post so bear with me please. God bless.

Here's a lil tip I use my girlfriends nail polish and just lightly sand the factory bolts and apply what ever colour yu want let dry and then top coat with clear coat.. looks sick and way cheaper... enjoy

Gas tank is just gravity fed as long as the line is relatively straight down you should be fine. You can get a clear like and see if the fuel flows. Another option you can get a pulse pump which is a small fuel pump which is typically used in high performance builds that require the fuel
