There metal disk under the tape and magnets in the goggles to hold there nostrils open. It's called the "asterisk ac system"

it's a breath rite strip with magnets. There are also magnets on the inside of his helmet. This opens up there noses and helps them breath.

The anger thing is a trick it's the channel of anger you seek grasshopper,it one thing to churn up the anger,but the emotion of it is not easy to manage,clear thinking while angry,hah that is what you seek,now show me paint the fence,paint the house,sand the floor...good ruck its not that easy,the toughest part is getting the equipment and support when you are peaked mentally and physically,there's a window everything has to flow,coaching learning listening,wanting to improve everyday,I wake up every single day,even at 53 years old,and my mind is ready to learn to improve what I did yesterday,how can I do it better today,anylize it and go and do it,I love to see you've got the trainers,I work out,I stop for one second,and say well on the bike I move in this direction,my shoulders do this arms do that,I create an exercise for my body movements,then build on that strength into it with other movements,you got trainers,use them or go play golf....

This series covers too many riders this season. As someone who doesn't follow the actual cup/standings/riders/races etc, it's really hard too keep up. It feels like they cover new riders every episode, you never really get to follow one or two guys as you got to last season.

Because last season there were only 2 guys fighting it out all season, but this year in the 250 class there has been like 5, so they have to cover all different riders.

Yeah I understand that, but maybe they could've chosen fewer riders and focused more on them, even if that meant losing coverage over some of the top riders. Just my humble opinion
