Fake In-House Projects and H-1B Fraud: How It Can Haunt You Later

Here is an issue regarding my Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status). My priority date is March 17, 2011 and I am currently on an EAD with AP approval. I have completed the biometrics appointment and am awaiting for the I-485 interview. However, I recently received a notice stating that my I-485 application was denied because I did not attend an interview scheduled for July 4, 2024. Neither my attorney nor I received any notification regarding this interview. Additionally, the current USCIS status for my case still shows as "Interview is ready to be scheduled," and this is also the information provided when I call USCIS
