Are FDNS site visits applicable to only those who have applied to USCIS for extension of stay, or can they visit even those who have a valid h1b status? 2. You mentioned something like, to promote entrepreneurship, h1b people can now do a non specialty occupation jobs, they can be CEOs of company. Is my understanding correct?
