The force is much harder to master than Dark side. Dark side holds very powerful abilities but compared to the force it's not much. Look at Obi-Wan, Yoda or Luke for example. They served the light and the whole force and they were pretty strong. Luke defeated Vader, Obi-Wan defeated Vader twice, Sidious was actually afraid of Yoda and these both Dark side users were pretty powerful.

Redeemed Vader is basically The Most Powerful Force User in that moment and no this isn't a joke you see during this moment it is confirmed in legends that Darth Vader felt Oneness in The Force IN SHORT he reached full potential. Now remember Anakin is a god but a mortal at the same time (CREATED BY THE FORCE) meaning he is also mortal as well he could not heal himself because he chose to die on his own, I whole heartedly believe that if he wanted to, he could have continued living but decided not too hence why he died. He was Experiencing Oneness, so He was The Most Powerful Force User then and was The Most Powerful Version of Anakin he looked weak because he was already in a weakened state and Palpatine used his UNLIMITED POWAAA on him, but he still could have survived He was weak as he wasn't using the Darkside on himself until he got a new suit, he'd have to use the light. Canonically his 2 most powerful points were on mortis and after he died. But his 3rd is when he was fighting palpatine. He became balanced on mortis having more power than the father ( a force god who had to keep balance between the dark and light ) and after he died was his most powerful due to becoming a force god ( immortal ) after becoming a force ghost and making sure everything is going as the force demands it. We see this in Asohka when he saved her from dying and teaching her a lesson about moving on and in legends he helped Luke capture abaloth that Luke himself wasn’t even touching. And then when he was dying the force willed him to survive just like the sith immortality of hating the world so much that you can’t die.

Actually vader probably would have had the better offense and anakain with defense, this is because vader had to adapt to his new body whilst also being of the same mind, instead of fast strikes vader would have absolutely crushing swings putting so much anger, hatred and force into evrey blow, however this meant his defence releid heavily on his abillity to use the force since his limbs aren't nearly as fast so either he out smarted his oppenent or he do inted them so much that they didnt have the opportunity to even have one swing, essentialy vaders defense was his offence, i know this sounds kind of similar to how he used to fight when he was anakain, hiwever back then, he was at his physical peak and instead of making every blow be absolutely percise he did more flashy and fast movemebts that shiwed off his power. Anakin would have had the better defense simply because he was faster and vader didnt often need to be defensive since normally he dominated every opponent in just a few forcedul and percise swings
