Just 10 reps of each exercise, 5-10 secs off (resting while you watch how to do the next exercise). About 30 min workout. Enough for the day. Sweat, burn, pain and the feeling of mission accomplished. Just loved it

Great stuff. As a sequel, it would awesome to have something like a few 30-45min follow along videos with sliders. Could be full body core, just upper or just lower. New to sliders but love how these can be very challenging, but helps you lengthen and stretch out your muscles - great for runners, I think. Thanks so much - you're a life changer.

A nice little library of reminders. I find often I'll be creating a new progression for a client and have "forgotten" about a move that will be perfect for them so it's nice to have a place to go for inspiration!

Right off the top, very inspiring. I had been sleeping on sliders, but being worn out from work. I would find myself experimenting on my new aquired sliders more and more. Next thing I know I'm sitting here watching you just nailing it on these things. Sliders have probably been my most bang for my buck investment so far. Great job!

@Redefining Strength Awesome. I'm def getting some of these. I live in a flat sandwiched between upstairs and downstairs neighbours. Guy in flat above does workout in morning... burps, star jumps, running on spot etc... sounds like he gonna come through ceiling any minute. I want to do sam sort of exercises but don't want to p off my neighbours downstairs. These exercises a/sliders are perfect solution. Never even heard of em before. Such a cheap device has just opened a world of opportunity. Thank you. Pleased I decide to give your vids a look. Got loads of em saved for my body blitz campaign. :D

hehe aw thank you! And actually I love bodyweight training. I definitely do heavy lifting progressions, BUT I would say that having lean arms is also a huge part about diet with workouts dialed in be those workouts bodyweight or lifting sessions!

Hehe, that's because I went to school in the late Middle Ages far far away! The class room floors were made of wood and the kids had to walk around the floor after school on flannel foot pads to help sweep and polish the floor. Really, it's true except for the Middle Ages part! Sounds fun, doesn't it?😉

They are definitely a great tool. But I don't feel they often make moves easier BUT they do reduce impact. Often they just make moves work "differently" :-)

Uhm depends on your mobility more than your weight. They are great to reduce impact for moves that may traditionally include more jumping.
