I really love your marathon series! I like watching them on the treadmill 😂 my autumn marathon is a bit later this year - Valencia - so hoping this will get me psyched to start my own training! I feel a really good feeling about this cycle for you 🦄 you're gonna crush it!

I need to learn how to be positive. I’m returning to running and I’m soooo negative so I go from discomfort to suffering. I’m hoping as we get out of the desert heat and it’s cooler I can feel better about enjoying running. Good luck!

Absolutely! It’s tough but definitely doable! I’m focusing more on mindset and mindfulness this year, and practicing affirmations! ❤️
