The design of work remain a challenge as managers cannot see how it would work If you mix a job and its tasks with AI Or a robot, none of my colleagues even think about The subject. My Academy colleagues and i are looting at The skills and which can Be automated and which need a Human To perform..we have just started this. What Do you think we might consider.
