While I agree with most of Mr. Singh's views, I disagree with his assertion that the government spoils the country first and not the people. When people misuse or abuse the laws or guidelines only then the government is forced to to take further measured steps limiting the liberty of people in certain scenarios . The government then enacts permanent guidelines as laws to further limit or prohibit this abuse.

In India, modi government gave 20 million homes to poor people. This is a development country where even if your family income is 150k you can’t buy your dream house. This country is fucked up and built on mortgages not on real wealth. Imagine, if public not able to pay their EMI, the very next day whole economy will collapse. Canada is doing the same mistake like China did, where housing market hold 20% of the country’s money.
