my childhood is available on youtube. my life is complete. I used to stay up until 11 pm at my grandpas just to flip this show on and watch it. he thought I was a strange 9 year old. lol

Thanks to all of you at the lodge!! I havent watched this is years and I am binge watching it now. Being isolated during covid has been tough on a lot of us. So important to laugh and keep things simple. I just love his inventions!!

Walker Riley Hap was never a full cast member, and it had been two years since he last appeared on the show...he was rehashed even more than winston’s commercials

Gordon pinsent was very good in that part. I am not knocking the Red Green show but sometimes the skits were a little weak. I don't remember a single one with Hap that wasn't hilarious.

It's hard to tell if Hap was ever in the army, due to it being hard to believe anything he says. But his actor, Gorden Pinsent served in the RCR in the 50s.

lol actually hamburgers are based on a german recipe that include egg, onion, bread in the most basic design, plus the reason it came about is a lack of ingredients by the "inventor" meaning people who didn't want to go shopping most likely invented it way before... hamburgers as they are used in fast foods now is the poor man's version of fricadella... which is a basic recipe to begin with... so you could call it the 3rd world country of food even though both recipes are awesome

That's an opossum, not a possum. Possums are more native to Australia. Opossums are N. America and very much different.
