So good to see you❤ miss you ❤️ Coke and Pepsi both used to have a version with lime, it was great! but they don't make it anymore😢 Love fall and spring my favorite seasons, not too cold not too hot🤣 Every single person on this planet has struggles, I think that is one of the most important things to remember. Great that your friend gave you such good advice but remember it started with you asking her opinion. So important for everyone to be comfortable to reach out to those around them it can be so beneficial.

This was such a nice Friday surprise ❤️ Loved the Walmart browsing commentary as you were looking at things, maybe that would be fun thrifting as well if you wanted to bring us along. Such an awesome casual vlog! As always, appreciate your vulnerability in going over what's been happening the last few months/year. Listening was a good reminder that I need to find ways to stop, be quiet and let myself think, as well as do things (like reading) that help fill my cup. I had the gift at the end of April of my Mom being the one to sit me down (aka sitting in the car in a parking lot and she told me not to get out lol) and tell me how concerned she was about me. The last few years have brought some extremely difficult experiences, stress and grief and she caught me in a moment where she could chip away the walls I had up just trying to deal. I came back from our trip, booked a doctor's appointment and for the first time in my life have started meds. Once the doctor explained how absolutely burned out my body was from it all, and that it just needed help building up more seratonin it took all the weight off of me "needing to deal" or not knowing why I was struggling so much. It's wild how immersed you get in your own stuff and have blinders on. Whew. All that to say, I wish everyone had someone like your friend and my Mom to dish out some tough love when life gets difficult. ❤ Sending all the best to you all that life gets really boring ❤

Yes - so lucky to have your mum sit you down and also kudos to you for listening and then taking action. ❤️ if you’d like to add therapy to your tools, I would happily see you over zoom or the phone. Burnout is no joke and I’m proud of you for taking care of yourself.

My Shoppers Drug Mart in Oliver, has these collage books with different art pictures for $5.99(I THINK) I flipped through the fall one the other day. Have a look at yours,for that blank wall. There were 8(I think) or 6 different themes. If they don’t at yours, take a drive down here😊 I will on occasion when I have pop, add real lemon juice (from a bottle) for a quencher. Pepsi YEARS ago had Pepsi with Lemon and I loved it on a hot afternoon. I found the lime one this summer was ok. Not as good. Keep us posted on how T’s doing in high school-it’s such a change. My guy LOVED high school!! And the new freedoms he got😊😊😊

So glad to see your face and catch up on things. I have mixed emotions about fall.I love summer,the long days the warm nights, I am a sun lover, but I love the beauty of the fall but the days become to short and evenings to chilly and the thought that winter is so close I do not like. I hope Thomas stays healthy. Are you personally still seeing your therapist? Life just seems to be moving so fast, maybe because I am getting older but this year really seemed to fly by.Looking forward to seeing you more. Take Care.🥰✌️

So great to see you again! I wanted some updates on your devices but clearly you still love your Oura ring so that is a given but I wanted to ask about your walking Pad in your office. Do you still use it and if so what is the brand and would you recommend it? As for your blank wall in the basement, I would love to see a framed photo of your mum and Thomas or your mum and you. You probably know this already, but there are 2 other books in The Housemaid series! I feel like the first is best (typical haha) but the other 2 are definitely suspenseful and fun reads.
