Rediscovering the Antonine Wall in Central Scotland

I knew of the Hadrian wall and the further Roman expansion north. It is more interesting to hear about this project than I expected. Using “an old ditch” to unite people and develop an area. The emphasis on equal spending is perhaps indicating some internal challenges.
