prototype102010 The whole planet is responsible for Justin Bieber's ascent to fame as he rose up via youtube so you can't really hold any one nation accountable for it. I'm from the UK and I remember people raving about this "sweet, innocent looking kid" whose video seemed to take off and go viral and then it just got so, so much worse from there.
