7000 points on the 3D Mark is crazy!!!! We had only seen around 6200 points in the leaks and around 5800 in the real world. Glad the audio issue was solved swiftly:)

IPhone display feel stuck at points probably lowering touch sampling rate in order to save battery and screen dimming and 80hz is another issue I'm now glad I have the honor magic 6 pro

I really like this phone man, my only concern is only 2yrs of updates although the phone I'm using rn also only got 2 urs of updates I think 8 elite is overkill for me at least I wish they launch a version with midrange chip at lower price! Also I think 144hz is overkill too I don't think any mobile games gives that much fps to full use it 120hz and ltpo display would be better choice IMO what do you think, the one thing I really like about this phone is headphone jack! Also a fan of 6500mah battery too!

New Android updates are not really that many features nowadays anyways. Atleast, they should commit 4 years of security patch so you can still safely use this as daily driver for longer periods.

I know it's a gaming phone and photos don't matter too much but I still find ridiculous that they include a 2MP macro, in 2024 when more and more midrange get a zoom we shouldn't have a flagship without one, it doesn't even have to be that good just usable.

Still the same battery, same charging speed, same cooling system, still no adaptive refresh rate with only a few minor upgrades, its basically a 9 pro. The only big upgrade is the processor but this is the hard work of Qualcomm, not Nubia. This time the pro model is the worst option in the line up. I hope that they start selling the pro plus version internationally.

I'm not running battery tests in my videos... so it would have made no difference to the video. ..and the extra ram would definitely matter when I'm testing winlator but that's not gonna be for a while given the lack of driver support! Anyways if the 10 pro plus was the one that would have been delivered sooner, I'd have happily bought it... the phone went on sale on the 13th and I was leaving mid day 14th, this was the only sku that had a chance of making it to me, so went with it

For 700 bucks, it's not a great value smartphone when cameras are lower than average and selfie camera is on while another level, not in a good way..haha. Software updates are very important for gaming phones as well and they are pretty bad at it. So, at 700 bucks you're basically getting a phone with RGB lights and a full screen display, that's it. IQOO 13 is way better be it camera, gaming features or software updates and it's relatively cheaper. I don't understand why companies like ASUS or Nuvia still make "Gaming" phones.

8 elite runs cooler than a18 pro and dimensity 9400 in most phones, except the ones from MI, and uses less power during gaming which is excellent, the stability score you got(on other phones) is very low compared to other benchmark channels most of them had stability around 70-80%, and the heat in your other phones is also higher than other benchmark youtubers and websites for some reason maybe they got a early driver update fix or a software bug fix but not sure.

what are the odds of me getting buggy firmware on 3 different phones from 3 differnt manufacturers? that said, right now, I get better stability on the gt7 pro.. 70% ...but the highest score is down to 6000 points.. maybe the ones you've seen have had the high scores scaled back for better stability? all 8 elites I tested scored about 6500-6600 with 50% stability, falling down to 32-3300... realme peaks at 6100 and goes down to only 4xxx
