Fixed it myself, it's a little screw on the base that has the charging pins, I opened it, screwed them back on and BOOM theyre charging and synch perfectly too... Mine was a little loose wich made the charging on one side totally impossible and since it wasn't charging right it had issues connecting too...

You have to press down on Borge for 5 seconds then take both buds buds out and pair it and it’ll show up. You are welcome.

Batteries charge indefinitely, there are no white light indicators saying the earbuds have power only the case... Problem is the cases light should not show when the case is fully charge, but it does for over a day of charging and more. Bad batch, batteries are bust.

Okay so I left it on charge all night, took both buds out and they paired and I was able to use Bluetooth, just wait a day and leave them on charge... If you have no luck try get a refund.

i had the same problem, if only one side is working at a time or both earbuds are not pairing try this method. to get both redmi earbuds 3 lite working. Reset: put both earbuds in case and press both earbuds for 5 seconds to reset. this will reset. now for pairing both earbuds incase they are not synced then follow next step. Syncing : take out both earbuds and don't connect to any bluetooth. now press multi-function button 8 times simultaneously on both earbuds. this will sync both earbuds. now pair to ur phone it should work. Mine worked finally. this method is for "Redmi Earbuds 3 Lite"

I think they’re very bad at QC. Mine are can’t be connected since I received because the light is not on or blinking when I put off from the case. Already tried to reset by press the both earbuds and blinking. I think the battery is dead from the factory.

To fix this first make sure both are charged up Second try each one individualy while the other one is in the case Third put both in the case hold on both of them for 5 sec Take them out hold on both of them for 20 sec remove your finger and start taping on both until the white light starts to flash in both at the same time this puts both of them in the same frequancy

O meu esta exatamente com o mesmo problema. Eu peguei a caixa d o mesmo fone e botei o meu na caixa dele, e funcionou. Ai eu botei o dele na minha caixa e a mesma coisa, ou seja, tanto a minha caixa quanto meus fones estao funcionando, mas nao sei porque diachos o meu fone nao carrega ma propria caixa.

Acabei de ter o mesmo problema. Entendi o motivo com uma pequena investigação. Em alguns slots de botão, a porta de carregamento é curta, o que significa que o botão não pode carregar e não funciona.

@@AfonsoSilvaaa hola, a mí me pasó lo mismo. Pero al parecer no hay solución, lo que hice fue ir directamente a la tienda donde los compré y me lo cambiaron por otra unidad que si funcionaba. Los auriculares están muy buenos, y cumple con todo lo que te ofrece (la batería, el aislador de sonido) y se ven de muy buena calidad. Pero lastima ese error fatal en muchas de las unidades, que hace que muchas personas pierdan la ilusión y se compran otros.
