Right side doesn't charge properly. Like I put it in the case and for a few seconds it keeps the led on, then the led just turns off and it doesn't charge anymore. I don't have this problem with the left side and I tried everything (from making sure that they're clean to reset them) idk what to do anymore, it's been only a few months since I got them

Try to discharge the battery from the right earbud totally until 0% and then try to recharge. If fail, contact the reseller

Dear sir, the problem I have with this model is that they are not synchronized with each other (L) and (R), and when I want to pair from the cell phone, it takes it as two independent devices, not both at the same time. a single unit. Is the earbud able to recharge via the case? And is this the first time it happens? Did you bluetooth pair your Buds 3 lite to other devices? Can you give more details like how it happened?

I’m facing some problem. I got this redmi buds and if I try to hold them for 5 seconds nothing happens. I’m not sure if I have to charge it. 2. I always cannot connect to it and it always says make sure it’s turned on and in range even when it is. 3. I don’t know how I’m supposed to see how much charge it has it only shows “forget this device” option.

Most smartphones should have a battery widget to add to your home screen. I have one for my iphone. Besides that…. Try to drain the battery until 0% and recharge back to 100% See if this helps to rectify the issues

For connection… it happens sometimes. Just need to clean the connection points once in a while to remove dust and dirt Or manual D/C from bluetooth

I don't understand I did everything the right one I charged it for 20-30 minutes (charged them together) still nothing and it also doesn't want to blink but the other one works perfectly I've had them for 1 year and 3 months. Hmmmmm… I understand your frustration. Did you try to drain the battery for the right earbud until 0% and then recharge to 100%? Try that and then see if it helps.

This is quite a common issue after using the earbuds for some time. There are two things to do: 1) manually disconnect the earbuds from the Bluetooth menu 2) press the earbuds slightly deeper into the charging case so that they will automatically disconnect

Did you try to clean the charging points on the bud which cannot charge? Also, apply a bit more strength, press it slightly deeper into the case to make sure the bud and case has proper connection to start charging. Besides that, make sure your charging case has sufficient battery life to recharge the earbuds

Hi thank you for this great video. I have a problem with my EarPods as well. When I took left and right EarPods out of the charger the left one starts to blink immediately and the right one doesn’t lit up. When I put the right one to the charging case, it lights up back. So basically, I can only see the light of right one if I put it to charging case and it doesn’t connect to Bluetooth although left one connects successfully. Looking forward for your reply 🎉
