Software's an issue for them as they recently got allegated for the suspicious link sticking to their smartphones' home page of Chrome browser source code of which reaching to some chinese server and their phones lag/jitter a lot bcz of their improper software optimisation and lots of bloatwares and ads in the phones but the main issue in their phones is hardware that's why they're on decline.
