If u have forget your password so try this simple way.... (1) go to settings (2)Search sync gallery (3) Then click on the option hidden file And then unhide your file ....... I hope it helps

hi, i found a redmi note 8 on the street, waited for a week but no one claimed it. there no sim card inside the phone. i tried your suggestion but at the very last part of the process it said, "Not signed in... To use this phone, you first have to sign in to an owner's Google Account in use of this phone when it was last reset. Because you haven't done so, you have to set up the phone again." any suggestion to complete the hard reset?
