Redmi Note 9S Not Charging Or Power On

we got this device with no power on or turning on, customer told me the device is not working by itself, they didnt menthion they dropped it, they hide information for no reason, anyway the device was making sounds, there was no screen, we charged the phone it charged, so we open it to see what casued the problem, is it the screen damaged or screen flex cable was unplugged ??

thanks for the help bro XD i pried open the phone with bare hands (ik i shouldn't do it but the back glass was already broken )nd pressed on the other connector and it finally started charging back

You just saved my wife's phone, and our bank account at the same time! I just broke the back glass, so I need to get a new one, but it is so cheaper than getting a new phone. For the other ones trying, take your time and use a plastic paper like in the video. Be careful to not put glass in your fingers because it is very sharpy. Thanks again sir !
