Redmi Pad Global MIUI ROM Flashing

A week ago, a tablet with a Chinese ROM arrived. I followed the instructions exactly, waited a week to unlock the ROM and just finished installing the Global ROM a while ago. Everything was exactly as described in the manual. Thanks for the perfect tutorial. Sometimes it's good to play the video in slow motion so that you can better understand the process.

The check is simple.. Try to unlock before the waiting period expires (1 week), it will show you how much time you still have to wait. Try several times with a distance, e.g. 1 hour, if it's ok, the time will decrease.

Mi account add at mi unlock status. After 7 days later you can unlock at mi unlock tool. If the account is not authorized to unlock, the mi unlock tool shows ---hours to unlock. You can also try at Redmi pad SE too. But no need MTK driver.

No, you can't. Redmi Pad SE starts from MIUI 14.

When I try to unlock via the miflash_unlock tool it gets all the way to 99% then it says "Couldn't unlock. Please unlock 167 hours later. And do not add your account in MIUI again, otherwise you will wait from scratch," it says that everytime I do it, no matter how I do it. So I'm stuck at that step :(

You waited 167 hours and unlocked it again? If you don't follow the waiting time, you will get stuck in this step. When you add mi account to the device, don't log out the account.

I have a blackscreen after flashing the tab :( Redmi Pad SE 8/128Gb 'xun' I can hear the charging sound when I plug / unplug, or when I do a screenshot (power + vol-) briefly. The tab is recognised by the computer when I plug it to usb. It feels like the flashing process succeed, it's working without the screen😢 Any idea how to solve this issue ? Thanks for your help

What exactly happens if I flash HyperOS there with an unlocked Bootloader? The tablet won't boot? I currently have latest MIUI global there.

The tablet or phone with HyperOS can not unlock bootloader. If your phone or tablet bootloader unlocked at MIUI and flash the HyperOS, it can not be. I think. HyperOS is totally close UI now. HyperOS needs bootloader locked. This is the requirement of HyperOS.

When using this tutorial I got problems with Play Protect certificate - which means I cannot install some apps (e.g. Netflix). I assume this is because the device is unlocked. Is there a way to lock the device again to get rid of this problem? I tried to use the option "flash and lock" during final step but the device is not starting after that, so I need to try sth else.

Your Tablet's Current MIUI version is 14 or Hyper OS. If the version is HyperOS, you can not change Global Firmware. Device add in Developer Options> mi unlock status.

Sometimes, Some models can unlock without waiting time after an added account at the mi unlock status. This Redmi pad needed to wait 7 days. I think. No need to remove SIM card. 7days is no problem bro.

Basic google services included, you just need to open this function and install play store apk. But I can't say for sure about Netflix's services. You can use alternative applications instead. I think 5 languages will be supported in the China version. English language you can change as system.
