While selecting the region choose United States. Pair with Bluetooth & then Search the device. Worked for me 😯

Select the region from the where you bought it.. worked for me ..I'm from Sri Lanka but bought it from Italy I selected the region as Italy

here in Abu dhabi same thing is happening the application cannot detect the watch and the watch remains on the QR screen all the time. i schedule my watch to be returned and collected by Amazon. i tried everything from reset to reboot to install and uninstall to bluetooth pair and unpairing all this things i did to 5attempt (samsung A14 5g) 5attempt (samsung S9+) and finally 5attempt (iphoneX) i guess i could strongly say that the product did not deliver as advertised.

In my case, that happened because I didn't remove from my last phone's Xiaomi account. I could solved by factory reset and removing from my old Xiaomi account.

If your watch is not connecting first make sure which country have you connect because it does not support some country try changing region

I try many time but its not working, and after reading the comments, I learn that you need to change the region to some region like india or US and do not allow the location to access it and done it goes. Please remember that UAE and Saudi region doesnt support with this watch after I try many times.

Kindly read on the back of your watch box to which country it was imported in my case i bought it from pakistan but on box it was written that it was imported by india from china so i simply selected india as the region and it started working You should also follow same step and select the right region and it will work.
