No. I eat a predominantly plant based raw diet and I stay away from processed table salt. That's what you should be more concerned about. Redmond's is the real deal, it's the kind of salt we need and it's full of good minerals too.

Thanks for sharing. I ordered some Redmond's yesterday and thought it could possibly hurt my Blood Pressure....but it sounded so great I thought I would try a small sample. And btw: I'm doing well on raw vegetable as well. :)

+dustee We put it in a salt grinder to smooth it out and have replaced our regular sea salt with it. Besides the health benefits the food taste better.

Why does this video state the location as Heber, Utah? The Redmond Salt Mine isn't in Heber.
