I love these more old school tips. Most special tools or machine work aren’t really needed, if you’re good enough at careful work (I like to call it artisan work) you can do a lot of things yourself.

I still use crocus cloth to polish crank journals on low budget dirt track engine builds..
@johndavidwolf42392 жыл бұрын
1) Silicon-carbide sandpaper is ready available in a lot finer grits than 600, I would use around 1000 next, after that, "crocus cloth" which is jeweler's rouge on a cloth backing in place of polishing compound.

@@AbgarMusayelyan gotcha, i will be in Glendale a few times next month. And not unless you can completely plug up the oil feed holes in the crank rod journal before start polishing. @@CherezianRacing Try Natural Light Ice, not bad for a cheap brew. Plus the Ice brews usually have a higher alcohol content in them so you don't have to drink as many. I personally don't like aluminum cans because aluminum is almost as unhealthy as mercury. It's supposed to be the number one cause of alzheimers and dimensa when you get older and as the aluminum builds up in the body.
