I believe the wife is at fault foe buying purses instead of making payments. Nut, at the same time I believe some of these finance companies purposely make wrong claims because e they make more by having someone like D tow their car and reselling it. Either a tow truck or the cops to reaffirm that the car belongs to you, so you don't have to pay for a tow truck.
