I work in collections and the finance company I work for did give 3 month extensions meaning take 3 payments and putting them at the back to extend how long you have to pay the loan. I always explained exactly how it worked and people still had to make their payments. Ma’am don’t piss Cessy off and call them and make an arrangement they’ll work with you. Good luck
