I really like the fact that they all use basically the same clutches. It’s gotta make it a lot easier to do videos on them too.

Great video once again. Here's my question. I got a Cforce 1000 2023 and i was wondering if i could change the belt in the woods just with the sprading tool ? Or i will need to bring an impact gun with all the attachements ? Thanks

I ran a stage one clutch kit all summer without isses. Winter came and when the machine is cold and in gear it will creep., this also makes it's dang near impossible to get out of gear. Once completely warmed up, the issue goes away. Ever heard of this @R.N.GPerformance ?

For what these machines were designed for straight out of the box they are fine, but I understand people are still going to tinker especially shade tree mechanics. OEM will always be better than aftermarket. Remember these are budget friendly Chinese units so don’t have your expectations too high.

Ok, it's a curious cat ,,,but have you tried the EPI extreme duty belt,,,,I have a rng complete clutch kit,,,love it,,,,with the stock oem belt I was like huh what did this clutch kit really do for me,,,then I put in the EPI belt and was holy hell this is what I was looking for,,,side note the EPI belt is all I have ever used in every brand atv I've owned,and it's the only one that I've flooded the cvt had the belt slipping bad drained the cvt box ran in neutral to dry the belt and clutch and had it act like it never happened,in my kingquad 750 I bet that belt was flooded at least 8 times and it still would do wheelies after I dried it out.........side note still the curious cat,what belt did you try ?????

Yes I have. It’s no good. I’m not going to mention it at this time. I want to discuss a few things with them first. As they were super nice and wanted my honest feedback. If they were a company that had bold claims online I would for sure call them out. But. They come to me asking for my help.

After you clock it you snap the helix back and forth. I can’t get mine to do that. What might I have done wrong?

Is the inside mark for the primary is on cylindrical face, like the outside one, or is the inside mark is on the planar face? I’m having a hard time to find it as the room near the inside plate is quite small. Thanks.

Hi! Just to let you know, your primary clutch nut might be a 30mm not a 32mm. At least it was the case on my 2018 ZForce 1000.
@R.N.GPerformance7 ай бұрын
They can be a 30mm-32mm older ones usually are a 30mm. But 32mm is most common. Secondary nut can’t be a 35/36 mm
