Do you have knowledge about the legality of producing inspired perfumes? I've read about a lawsuit filed by Carolina Herrera against some brand for using a perfume name that is itself a protected trademark. I'm interested if it's possible to use the name of the perfume legally. How does it work? I have some Dossier perfumes which I find pretty Good!
