REDRAFTING The 2015 NHL Entry Draft!

Run through career points per game for each player, goals/game, overtime goals, +/-, etc. kaprizov is higher than everyone here except mcdavid. Also consider the Wild cap penalties and the fact that kaprizov doesn’t have much around him. I get he’s in a smaller market, but pretty obvious number 2 choice here.

"Redrafting the 2015 NHL Entry Draft" Ah! This is the version of the draft where the NHL contracted to ten teams and reduced the draft to one round. Look, I get not wanting to cover any round past the first, but this isn't even half the first round. At least do a full first round if you're going to bother.

I wouldn't have drafted Marner as #2. He just doesn't show up in the playoffs. I think the 22-23 season was a fluke
