I have been using the m908 for about 2 years now, I've really enjoyed it (though the software is very sketchy), but for the rest it has been a good experience. Except recently the mouse has randomly been disconnecting and connecting as if someone pulls it from the usb port and puts it back in. It happens when i moves the mouse a specific way. I've ruled out the possibility of software being the problem since it only happens when I move the cable. I think that there is a slight fracture inside the cable which causes the mouse to reconnect randomly, please do take this into consideration before buying it. I have used this mouse every single day for long periods of time and also taken it with me to school every day and rolled up the cable which probably caused this.

today i encountered the same problem with my Aula H510 (chinese budget mouse too but 9 buttons on the side instead of 12)... thought that sensor is dying (because it started to stutter randomly without disconnecting sound), but replacing the wire with the old one from my old a4tech mice solved the problem. have been using mouse for 3 years now and i think that it is worth to have the spare wire, just in case, regarding it cost close to nothing.

Have you not had any censor issues?! I just got an m908 and it doesn’t track on my gaming pad. Odd issue considering it’s way newer than my g600 was and it never had issues tracking. Was thinking of getting the m913 but I was so turned off by the huge issue I just went wit Corsair

@@stendaneel4879 gotcha. thank you. i wish i could take the shape of the m908 it's so perfect hahaha. i did some reading and research, it sounds like a lot of censor quality has to do with how the brand implements them.

I've already been using m908 for 2 years at home for gaming, today I bought m918 for work (of course I would prefer m908, but they are no longer sold). The main (AND VERY SIGNIFICANT) disadvantage of Impact Elite is that you cannot switch button profiles in 1 click, as on the M918. To do this, you need to open the software and load another profile. Very uncomfortable! Maybe I should have bought LEGEND CHROMA X, but I don't know how good the software is. Overall, this is a great mouse for both gaming and work. Best for your money!

Do you notice any difference in response time when u use them? Some generic Mice have this issue. Like the machenike m840 wireless feels slower than say a delux m800 wired

I have spent hours in a rabbit hole just trying to figure out if this mouse has an obnoxious rubberized finish or a hard plastic finish. If anybody can let me know I would greatly appreciate it!

The software shown in the video is for the wireless version. As you guys can see, it is not possible to change the DPI buttons to Macro in this mouse. However it seems to be possible in the wired version of it, I have just checked in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqWmlJppYpmHbNU

Does the wired become more light weight with all weights removed? And whats the weight without weights? I wanna buy one to mod with ceramic skates and paracord.. ❤

Yeah sure by all means try out the mice. Maybe you’ll find an alternate use for the buttons. But for God’s sake whatever you do, do NOT play an MMO.

Why not?

Most things are good in moderation. Sure you can play MMO! There's a difference with doing that responsibly or not. You can make the same argument about everything. "Don't eat fast food - you'll get morbidly obese and die!" In the end of the day youare responsible for your own decisions. If you lack self control - that's on you. Not on the game you play. The rest of us can enjoy any game. 😮
