Fun fact: for the meteor shower, the best place to stay is the middle of the map. It’s because the meteors don’t fall straight, and they all spawn in the middle. Making it near impossible to hit you. It’s still recommended to look up in case you get hit.

The sandstorm is easy to figure out. A few weeks ago, I was playing nds, and a sandstorm hit. I got on the side of the building that the sand was coming from, thus avoiding flying debris, and surviving. I was the only survivor that round. As for the meteor shower, I found that they don’t typically hit the edges of the map, so I always hang out there, I survive just about every time

Here's some more tips! You can survive a blizzard just by having your back to a part. You can survive sandstorms by facing the direction the sand is coming from and that you aren't behind and parts. You can survive tornadoes by staying to the very edge of the island as it can't reach you there.

If there's no clouds, run away from any buildings. It can be fire, earthquake. The only exception is tsunami, but you have plenty of room to go up high. If there are clouds, go inside. It can be a multitude of things like flash floods, blizzards, sandstorms.

From what I learned, there are three things you can do depending on the disaster. 1. Go to the edge of the map. Virus (since everyone runs to house), Tornado, Fire, Meteor, Volcano (if you’re out of the way), Sandstorm, and Earthquake usually ignore the edges of the map. Just make sure you’re on the correct side of the map to avoid debris. 2. Seek shelter. Thunderstorm, Acid Rain, and Blizzard have a hard time reaching you. 3. Get to higher ground. Flood and Tsunami. Also, there is a way to tell what disaster is coming before the warning. When clouds form, if there’s brown along the edge, it’s a sandstorm. White along the edge is snowstorm. A greenish-grey can be Thunderstorm, Tornado, Flood, or Tsunami. When there are no clouds in the sky, Meteor Shower, Virus, Fire, Flood, Earthquake, and Tsunami can happen. I consider no clouds to be harder when guess the disaster early so it’s best to stay outside but still close to buildings just in case. Volcano can easily be seen before it starts erupting so you can avoid it. No clouds will form with it. Tsunami and sometimes Flood can also be seen early at times. You just gotta keep an eye out and try not to get run over or flung by someone.

For tornado you can stay at tge edge of the map (try to avoid getting pushed into the ocean by the falling objects). Flash flood u need a strong object to stand on mostly an object with high density and larger area rather than a building (mostly the cylinders and for the HQ u need to spam balloon on the sphere tree) and if you dont have any great platform then stay on the ground jumping with the balloon until the building falls leaving some stable objects with higher and stable ground like standing walls and then jump on them (avoid getting hit by the building it will insta kill you). As for volcano if you dont have any great safe area (like the park one) you can quickly get on to the volcano and hide behind the volcano at the corner of the volcano (remember to stay at the opposite side on the edge from the map, + you may also encounter a the lobby pillar you can hide behind it under the water mostly) (beware to not to fall off the map).

Tip for the tornado: On certain maps, you can stay on parts which extend off of the main island (an example is the docks at costal quick stop). Such areas which extend from the main island are not affected, as the tornado only moves within the boundaries of the island.

Also here is a fact, Prison Panic is the most stable and safe map. It almost always is unbreakable to a tsunami or a flash flood, and even has a lot of layers making you completely safe from thunderstorms, acid rain, and meteor showers (almost).

Tip for tornadoes and meteor showers; if your on a map like Coastal Quickstop or Factory Frenzy that has the docks that go off the island, go there. The meteors don't spawn there, and the tornadoes pathfinder does not go to that area.

I have 5k survivals and survived a power 7. Heres what i do :] • acid rain, I cover under trees or tall buildings. Trees are the best bet. •With the blizzard, just hide in a corner away from other players so they dont kill you. Also, pay attention to where the objects are flying and plan accordingly. It's like sandstorm. For example, if it is blowing a certain way in the rocket launch map, then it'll completely take out the only structure and send it flying, killing ppl along the way. •Earthquake, avoid touching any block, players, and near the spawn area depending on where the movement heads. •Fire, grass, and away from falling structures. •Flash flood, either find stable structure, and with the tower I stay on it until it begins to move and fall apart and then i continue jumping in the water, then find a fallen somewhat stable block to jump on if available. •Meteor shower, usually hide in a door frame or at edge of map. •Sandstorm, i turn my graphics down for easy viewing and run the opposite of where the sand is blowing. •Thunderstorm, in a building or under a tree. Leave to a new tree if that one gets blown up, and do not go in the center inside a building as the lightning can cause the roof to colapse and kill you. •Tornado, hide towards the edge of the map and hide behind any standing structures so debris dont kill. Pay attention to where it spawns as well. •Tsunami, climb a structure or tree and jump. On larger buildings, just jump off before the tsunami cuts through it entirely as itll remain stable until then. And with towers, climb half way up, and once the water passes, jump down before it becomes unstable. •Virus, just apple or avoid ppl/hide •Volcano, head towards the volcano and go to the back for easy survival. •Avalanche is the same way as volcano. just take shelter behind the mountain under one of the overheads. Another tip. You can predict certain disasters by paying attention. No same disaster plays, so you can follow the process of elimination. If it was tornado, it wouldn't be tornado next time. If you dont see snow clouds or sand or hear acid, then it'll likely be flood or thunderstorm if there are clouds. It's all categorized. You can also tell when the disaster will start by looking at the clouds. you'll see a strip of clouds rolling in. There's also only about like a minute 30 to each round, if i remember, so use the time to your advantage. Also, observe players with high survival scores and their survival techniques. I've learned a lot that way and still do this, and if you die, then watch the map for locations that havent been as affected by the disaster, that including other players and how they're surviving it.

Fun fact: If a volcano erupts, also try to find a well or some sort of narrow pit. Usually, you’ll survive the fall, but the lava bricks will be too wide to fall in. I survived by doing that once.
