I own a Redrow Warwick, it’s a nice detached starter house for a single/couple/small family. And what I appreciated after living in a Redrow, other builders don’t give a ceiling as high as Redrow. The extra 4/6 inches make a huge difference to how big the rooms feel.

Single is a proper size room. Can fit bed, wardrobe and even a desk. Well done.

Gone are the days!!! 😩 you can with some of the developers ask for the master to included in the price but it really does depend on what side of the bed they woke up 🤣🤣

Please don’t think I’m being negative, I think it is very expensive and quite small. It’s beautiful and your tour was lovely, but a very over priced property in my opinion. They are charging a fortune for the extras too.

Thank you Elliot and Matt. This is a nice home. I like the family bath, but for some reason, I didn't think this home was as nice as the first one. The child's bedroom seemed cramped. Maybe because the door seems to take up so much room when it's open. Although, it's a detached and a garage, which is a definite plus :) It's fun to peek in all the nooks and crannies, isn't it? :)

One thing that I really like here in the US is the trend of having pullout closer trays on bottom shelves so that you don't have to worry about losing items in the back or having trouble reaching them. I'm happy to say that it's a trend that seems here to stay. Have you seen people using them in the UK?

You know, most of these living room doors would look much better more towards the center of the room instead of one end or the other. I think that's one reason why I liked the Ludlow, because it was set up, like that.

I like the look of the Warwick but I wonder whether you could fit a kitchen island in there? That’s a big ‘want’ for a lot of people and it almost looks too small for one. I know you mentioned it in the vid but I don’t know whether it was realistically big enough in real life

It's interesting to compare your videos to Matt & Summer, who have been posting video tours of some similar homes by these same builders, in different developments. Your reviews are more mature in nature, focusing on functionality, practicality, and cost. Theirs are sometimes immature, and focus more on aesthetics.

This is so very different than our homes here. They add all those extras to everything? Why not just buy a house with everything included? We bought a 4 bed 3 bath home with 3 garage for $175,000 with 5 acres land. I would not trade it for anything. Well maybe hahah

Way to much carpeting... And too many walls. Downstairs... Are great rooms or open concept not a thing in England? But $700+ for a washer!? There is no storage in this home. Homes are so different in England than they are in the US. It's odd to see that old styles of layouts that went in the 50’s here are still being offered in the UK.

I supposed it’s just what you are used to. When I see American open plan houses, I think why would you want the kitchen and living room together. All the cooking smells in your living space. Not being critical, just an observation. UK houses don’t have pantry, that is a thing of the past here, however, I wish they did as I an always envious of pantry’s in your houses. 😊

@@michellew7348 I realize people in the UK shop more often for food. And buy less. Like a weeks worth at a time. But there is Costco there, where do you put it all. I'm personally not a Costco shopper but I can brag I do have 2 amazing pantries. And my house is small and older. My house was built in 1970, it does have a "formal" living room that we never use so I turned it into my business office. My husband is a former chef I guess the food smells never bothered me and TBH I've never noticed. I have seen very open houses in England, it's just odd that new builds are so compartmentalized. So many doors.

@@AzKarma2010 the Redrow houses are designed in a 'Heritage' style of an era where the houses have character. Open plan is here too but not everyone wants to smell the dinner while watching a movie lol
