KILLER, KILLER tones! Possibly the best demo of this amp! ❤

Definitely the most accurate capture of what the amp sounds like :)

Love this amp, simply one of the top three hi gain amps I have ever tried. Definetely in the bucket list.

Nice one, Blake! I hear a lot of Splawn Quickrod in Channel 1. Channel 2 reminds me of my Badlander with more Marshally mids. This one feels worth it for Channel 1 alone. Love your set list for this demo!

Youre definitely right - channel 1 alone is worth it. 2 just sends it over the top. I'm really impressed with it overall. Those Redseven guys know what theyre doing

Love it!!! What amp would you say this amp is in the vein of?
@blakemansfield23568 ай бұрын
Channel 1 has a lot of marshall qualities. 2 is a verrry modded marshall. I’m not even sure how else to describe it!

@@blakemansfield2356 Very cool, im loving mine! but as you said, its verrrry modded marshall to the point where its hard to really pinpoint. Ive heard others makes comparisons to other amps that I'm not quite sure I agree with:). Great demo, sounds very chewy. Your recorded tones are phenomenol.

@@SidSub I have to say, that’s kind of what I like about it. It’s familiar yet new and fresh at the same time.
@SidSub8 ай бұрын
@@blakemansfield2356 agreed, its definitely got its own unique thing going, and the phenomenol standout to me is the string separation and clarity even with the gobs of gain and pleasing compression

Great video as always mate! Could you please do more Marshall JMP-1 videos with various power amps please :) All the best!

Well yes, but I only have one power amp currently. But I could use the power amp if some my other amps that have fx loops!

Very cool amp, surprised I liked the clean a lot. There's a lot of gain on these sounds, is that just how it is or can you do a slightly less gained up metal tone? The "We Die Young" portion sort of demonstrated that, it was pretty great.

Great video, thanks for this. How does this amp compare to a Rockerverb (also mid-heavy), or SLO-100 (thick in low-mids), in terms of distortion, bounce, and enjoyability? Would you recommend this amp for leads?

how does this compare to your Bogner Uberscall original?
@blakemansfield23568 ай бұрын
I let that one go. But in general, ubers are very scooped, thick, somewhat darker. Leviathan has more midrange happening and is much tighter without being sterile- no pedals needed.
@no.mids.brando8 ай бұрын
@@blakemansfield2356 damn! that tells me a lot as i feel like im more Marshall leaning as well as far as what i want out of an amp. Does the Leviathon have any modern type EVH compression like the Uberschall?
@Yeahwhoduh8 ай бұрын
As the person who bought the Rev 1 Uber from Blake, the two amps are just about as far apart as any two amps can be- both have a purpose, but the uberschall is massive, dark, and thick, and the leviathan is super clear and tight and dry- interestingly, both have very clear note definition despite how far apart they are
