For those interested, the Numbers gang is a real thing in SA. Wiki says : "The Numbers Gang is a crime organization that started as a prison gang with one of the most fearsome reputations in South Africa. ... The gang is divided into groups or camps named the 26s, 27s and 28s or the other non gang members called 'weifies' partially meaning woman".

The numbers gang is a south African prison gang that splits the different jobs up into different cliques the 26s, the 27s and the 28s. Ross Kemp did a series visiting prisons and interviewing inmates, he did an episode in S.A. that you should check out. The leader of the whole gang has been in prison since he was 14 and he describes in detail about how he chooses a "girlfriend" in prison and if they refuse him "I kill them".

The Ugly Americans is/was a gang down there. As mentioned elsewhere in the comments each number identifies the individual's jobs in the gang. Anies(sp?) was a real life gangster and assassin for the gang and very highly placed. He was killed a few years back. I think it was 60 Minutes who did a whole documentary on this gang and Anies was featured heavily, its somewhere here on youtube. Its worth watching.

Props to you, man! I’ve never seen a better breakdown to this song. The impact of Apartheid in South Africa makes even the worse areas of Detroit seem like Disney Land to those in the ghettos of South Africa. That dude, Aneas, is living in a cargo container. She’s in an orphanage because she is a playing a minor (a child essentially). Just imagine what it was like for Yolandi or any white pixie like girl growing up there. Her power? Sex. Plain and simple. The truth isn’t pretty, but look what came from all that. Probably one of the most bad ass rappers in the game. Sure ninja drops the beat, but the lyrics, that fight and fire? That’s all Yolandi. And she’s a bad ass bitch. Rihanna, yeah she spits fire on “Lemon” with N.E.R.D. but it just feels like Eminem helped but took no credit with Rihanna. Cookie Thumper, well like recognizes like and Em gave props to Dei Antwood (sp?) but mispronounced it, like we all do. And Ninja took offense. Not Yolandi. Ninja. Listen to “The Greatest” by Eminem and he brings up that minor beef but he never calls out Yolandi but he sure calls Ninja a pussy. In the bars, bc year Mugs did that but Yolandi, she probably did it to tell Ninja to go f*ck himself. No one speaks for Yolandi but Yolandi. Just my opinion. It’s all love, peace, and thanks from me. And you may not have picked that cotton and I may not have lived through those tornadoes of fire in 1865 or 1871. But I’m a direct descendant of Thomas Williamson. The only male Williamson that lived through the Peshtigo and Williamsonville fires, that deadliest fire in American history!! But I can see the pattern and I can see the difference between me and the descendants of 250k slaves given their humanity back in 1865 or 1871 and one day I’ll find someone who I can tell the absolute tragedy and horror of that day and trace the trauma of one single day, in Door County Wisconsin, when the bay heated to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. I admit that I had no idea what she was saying most of the time, but it didn't matter to me. The chorus is weird and catchy and she does deliver. Unique voice. I caught 'lil evil me' and the ODB shoutout, and the 'Tight! Tight, tight, tight!' quote from Tuco Salamanca from Breaking Bad (when he samples Walt's blue meth), but not much else. I've listened to a few of their songs now, and this is the best one, IMO. She's the star, for sure. Their videos are like car accidents, though. You know that you should move on and look away, but you can't. Great job on the reaction and interpretation! Seems to me you are right on the money.
