I recently watched your video on Tourettes. Just curious, how did you manage your tics this video? Did you cut the tics out, or do some mental exercise beforehand? Thanks in advance.

I don’t have tics every few minutes. Mine come in tic attacks here and there or more extreme at times. But some hours I can’t go a minute without several tics. If I tense many of my muscles in an uncomfortable place I can at times hold off some tics. Its once I relax my muscles then jolt more. When I had a seizure for over 20 minutes around 3 years ago, it started to really increase. Before, only had little tics from pain very rarely. Symptoms have changed and change day to day. Some days are wayyy more tics than others and I take muscle relaxers. They don’t make tics disappear, but the strength and speed of the tics do get reduced some. That and it also tends to put me to sleep within an hour, lol Wasn’t officially diagnosed with Tourettes, but I am very very verbal with my tics and as a child I was diagnosed with OCD, ADD, also had some tics from some meds.. Pretty sure the TBI and seizure set this off. I did cut tics out in some videos and for some I likely will continue if they are distracting from the message, but I want to raise some awareness some about FND and other ticcing disorders. I know my tics can be very painful. I hope you are managing well.
