Yo the camera quality is pretty poor. You can barely see what’s happening, maybe make sure the zooms working man 💚 otherwise awesome Info

Would've been a good video if it was in focus!

I have euro nightcrawlers, do they lay cocoons too with many eggs inside too??

So is the clitellum (mucus ring) attached to their bodies, or not? It just slides off?

If i had a cent for every pixel in the area of interest... ... I'd have 4 cents. Cheers for the effort tho.

Maybe it's my vision but it doesn't appear focused and I cannot see anything happening. I see the egg once the worm lays it but cannot see the process. Would love to see another video with a clear video of the egg dispensing from the worm. Please let me know if you have a clear up close video.

Although I haven't handled nearly as many worms as you have I did get a chance to see this happen last spring. I was do amazed I didn't even think to get a video. The other neat thing that I saw was a worm mating threesome. I took pictures of that but it is very hard to decipher.

I`ve found many of my worms connected at the band , are they mating???
@billjacobson19679 жыл бұрын
Worms connected at the band with tails in opposite directions are mating.

This all new to me, just saw one of my worms laying an egg. It was weird that it came out of its stomach near the white stripe rather than out of its rear lol. fascinating 😮😮

My goodness I manually killed most of the eggs in my raised bed soil, I thought they might be worms eggs but could be from snails or slugs
