Great video, very descriptive! Quick question for you in terms of fit for the Nano X's. I wear a Metcon 5 in 11s, what size would you suggest for in the Nano X?

That's a good question. I had to go UP a size in Metcon 5. But you don't want to go too long in the length - so I'd say order in your regular shoe size (i.e. what size do you wear for most or all of your atheltic shoes). Do you wear an 11 in most shoes? If so, get an 11 for the Nano X.

Very informative! I have two pairs of nano 8s I love because my feet tend to pronate and the hard shell on the inside of the shoe prevents me from walking on the inside of the shoe. I'm torn on getting the 9 because they seem more similar to the 8s or jumping up the the Xs. Any thoughts? Also, should I order the same size as my 8s on either the 9 or Xs?

Same size for both the 9 and the X. Overall, I like the X better than the 9, but it does feel a bit bulkier because of the taller collar with padding, and the extra weight.

I’ve always thought I have super wide forefeet, turns out I have super high midfoot instead but with normal arches. On the measurement my feet is like a size 8.5/9 but size 10.5 of Nike zoom structure 22 wide version is the best fitting shoe for me so far but I had to wear a size 11.5 on Metcon 5 to feel comfortable on the top of my feet. But after a couple of workouts they started to squeeze the two sides of my feet and I’ve noticed significant heel slippage even when I tie them with the heel-lock-lacing technique. Desperately need a pair of CrossFit shoes (to do mostly HIIT) for feet with a super deep slope midfoot/top of the feet, would these help? If so, what size would you recommend?

I can't tell you for certain, but I do think the Nano X is going to be closer to what you need than other shoes like the Metcon 6. Or maybe the Free Metcon 3.

Hmm im looking for a shoe right for deadlifting, i have very flat feet and collapsed arches so im using custom insoles. Are these nano x fit for the job, or are they too cushiony? Should I get a pair or Nike Metcon 4s?

I can't say I have your same situation. But, I love the Nano X (and Nano 9) for deadlifting. They are NOT highly cushioned shoes.

I've never heard of a specific product called the "Nano X Trainer" - but they are cross training shoes, sometimes abbreviated as "trainers".

I am trying to find good cross training shoes for flat feet are the nano 9 or X good? ive done research and saw nano 8s were really good for flat feet. are the 9's or x's better? Thank you very much for the information. Great videos

Most crossfit shoes or crosstrainers are very narrow. Reebok's nano 9 is going to be the widest. Inov8, Nike, NoBull, will all be very narrow.

Try the Nike Metcon 5. I own most of the popular cross trainers, and it is the most narrow.

Its says 4mm on line. I have other 8mm shoes and they feel taller in the heel.
