hello I weigh 94kg I start my gym adventure I always focus on cardio mainly running on the treadmill 5/10km pace 5;30/5:50. I wonder what shoes to choose for lifting weights and daily visits to the gym so that they are universal but also hold the leg well during squats with weights. I am thinking about Reebok Nano X4 or adidas dropset trainer 4. Which of these models should be better I currently use adidas ultraboost 20. Thanks for what you do greetings from Poland 🇵🇱❤️🔥👟

check out the Haze Trainer or the TYR CXT-2

Dropset would be my go-to, butttttt with the cutout on the midsole you may not love them for daily wear if you're often navigating damp climates. Nano X4 is okay if you have a medium width foot and like a little arch support!

is this worth upgrading from the previous model (Nano X3 Adventure) ?

Eh, idt so if your 3s are still trucking!

I would say no- I had the X3 adventures for a year for a long cycle to the gym, strength training, and trail runs at the weekend. Just upgraded to the X4s and I HATE them! The padded collar rubs right on the ankle bone, and they are really really hot with next to zero ventilation. I'll probably keep it as a winter walking/cycling shoe, but I'm going back to the X3s

Hey Jake! I was wondering what your recommendation would be for HIIT workouts and lifting weights. Thanks for all the great content you put out!

@@shoresy6951 - Just my $0.02, but I would recommend the Nike Metcon 1 banned (new colorway just dropped), Born Primitive Savage 1, or, if you like a little more ankle support and cushioning, the Under Armour Project Rock 7.

Nike Free Metcon 5/6, Inov8 F-Lite, or Reebok Nano Gym can all work decently well! Have content on all of them

I’m stumped bro, I need a barefoot shoe that is good for about 2 miles on concrete, trail and rain and good for connected to the floor feeling cross training; body weight-free weights-deads and squats. I think I need 2 shoes haha maybe I should start with some Vimanas?

I really like the Xero Prio. It's pretty much great at everything except few super technical trail running.

Vivo Primus Trail Knit FG or Merrell Trail Glove can all be good options!

Is it worth buying them for 75 euros

@@МюмюнМетинов ehhh, I’d still pass on them ngl unless you have a narrow foot and like a bunch of arch support

Easy pass. Been awhile since they've made a Nano I like. Didn't even try the regular X4. Thanks for the review... always appreciated. Let me know when the mobile gym hits Michigan. 😉

Yeah, these have a nice novelty but completely miss when it comes to gym performance, imo. Sooooo stiff compared to what Nanos used to be even the first Adventures. So many big things coming, homie!
