I once met one of his staff. The man proved it by taking a business sized card from his wallet. It had the *Good weather prayer" printed on it, with Pattons signature. It was 71-72, I was in ROTC, and the movie had just come out. He gave one to every member of his staff at the time. The man said that Scott nailed the Patton attitude.

Sen. Cruz, since you are a fan of The Magnificent Seven, I ask you to watch the movie that inspired it: Seven Samurai. A 1954 movie directed by Akira Kurosawa in b&w. I recommend the subtitled version to experience the great acting. It stars the great Toshiro Mifune and I highly recommend it.

Why Princess Bride? Holy cow, why NOT Princess Bride 😂😂I remember when it was in the theater, my boyfriend had seen it with friends, I think my brother too. So I was extremely curious why the movie appealed to men. Because it's SO GOOD! The story, the actors (Cary Elwes should be nicer to Ted!) , it's timeless.

In general, I don't do musicals. I don't like them. They'd all be better if they weren't musicals. But, as they say, there's an exception to every rule, and My Fair Lady is that exception. There is no way that it could be improved.

princess bride is amusing I know no one who likes godfather I don't know what criminal minds is I thought only women liked the west wing chase is a great stand-up comedian with always unfunny movies never heard of amazing grace movie, amazing grace story was popular in old kids radio programs such as "your story hour" and more recently "adventures in odyssey"...similar to "it is well with my soul" don't know unforgiven, don't like any of the actors, except eastwood was pretty good as a guest star in mr. ed. never heard of team america I've never watched patton the movie, victor davis hansen gives great analyses of him and others of the time I've seen the sting but it was over 30 years ago...entertaining movie, not a fan of either actor, though total respect for "newman's own" never heard of awakenings, don't like either actor, though I've seen all the mork and mindy's because mindy was smoking hot when I was a toddler braveheart wasn't much of a movie, but it has the one iconic scene that resonates with real americans haven't seen it in 40 years, but my memory as a little boy was that beverly hills cop was a boring, obscene swearathon, chris rock/jackie chan did the genre so much better... never heard of hidden figures, but given when it was made I doubt it's honest I've heard many rave of schindler's list, you'd have to pay me to watch this kind of movie my fair lady was my mom's favorite -- boring as heck from a male perspective oliver was my brother's favorite movie when we were little, now it's his son's name hamilton sounds interesting, but it's from the dishonest era les miserables, bring him home is one of the all-time greats magnificent 7 doesn't sound interesting at all pulp fiction doesn't sound interesting at all inglorious what?
